Chuck Grease Pro
The new improved Chuck Grease Pro will help you maintain gripping force over time. This new solution is an advancement in performance and is aesthetically preferable due to its translucent white color that will reduce negative appearance results on machines and parts, unlike general black grease.
Chuck Grease Pro retains 15-20% more grip force over an (8)hr period when compared to our existing Chuck-EEZ grease and up to 50% more grip force as compared to general purpose lubricants. Both the generating and retaining of grip force minimizes safety risks!
Proper Chuck Maintenance
Inadequate lubrication causes malfunction at low hydraulic pressure, reduces gripping force and affects accuracy, also causing wear and tear. Greasing the chuck not only lubricates, but also helps remove contamination from the chuck. To maintain a chuck for a long period of time, it is necessary to lubricate the chuck on a regular basis.
Non-sealed chucks—once every 8 hours
Sealed chucks—once every 1-3 months, depending on machine usage, environment and maintenance of chuck. See manual for instructions.
