My jaws (i.e., B200 series chucks) are not getting full stroke. How do I correct this?
(We will here assume that the cylinder actuating the chuck has the same or more piston stroke as required for the chuck in question.)
Adjust the draw nut until the jaw stroke is achieved.
Using the assistance of the chuck manual, use the hash marks to the left of the #1 master jaw to provide direction as to which way to adjust the draw nut. Once the stroke is achieved, visually ensure the draw nut threads are fully engaged onto the draw tube.
